On September 20, 2021 Jack Navarro set out on a 3,000 mile coast-to-coast bicycle ride across America to raise funds that will make a difference in the lives of those who suffer from epilepsy—an incurable but treatable neurological condition that causes recurring seizures. About 65 million people worldwide (including 3.4 million Americans) have epilepsy, but they go relatively unnoticed by our society.

The goal of this odyssey is to increase awareness about epilepsy and provide funding for research that will enable those who are fighting epilepsy to enjoy a better quality of life. Our target is to raise $75,000 over the course of the ride.

Thank you for your generous help and support.

“For a transitory enchanted moment man must have held his breath in the presence of this continent, compelled into an aesthetic contemplation he neither understood nor desired, face to face for the last time in history with something commensurate to his capacity for wonder.”
